The site comprises 40 acres of mixed woodland with an 8-acre open camping field known as the Beacon Field which has 12 group sized camping pitches. The Beacon Field has an onsite toilet block, including a disabled toilet and shower, chemical toilet facility and fresh water from strategically placed taps. As well as the Beacon Field the site consists of 18 smaller woodland sites suitable for small group numbers. There is a toilet and shower block a two-minute walk from the Beacon Field up with the main buildings which includes separate Leaders’ washing amenities. Fridge and freezer facilities are available at no extra charge. There is also a laundry area with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The Govett Hall can sleep up to 40 children plus a Leader room sleeping four. There are three additional rooms which can sleep a further 2, 6 & 10 persons. Hire of the Hall comes with a fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with large fridge, freezer, water boiler and gas range as well as all the pots, pans and crockery you could need.
